Joanne Ruscoe and Deborah Morris (then at Communications Trumps)
arranged media releases and publicity, and helped organise
the Government House event in November 2001, including the
live butterfly release at Government House by DEBRA NZ's new
patron the Governor General Dame Silvia Cartwright, with the
help of Holly and Humphrey.
Joanne says caring for a box of butterflies is harder than
it looks.

Boxes in Amcal Chemists

our collection boxes in all their outlets for the weeks leading

Office

We have had wonderful help and support in the last year from
the Commissioner for Children, Roger McClay, and his staff,
for which we can't thank him enough.

Airlines
Thank you, particularly the Wellington Regional Manager, Peter
McGhie, for help with Humphrey's and his caregiver Wendy's
travels to the States last year for him to be a counsellor
at Camp Discovery, and for getting him home again safely after
September 11 when he was on the other side of the world. United
Airlines made the long trip as comfortable as possible for
them.
